20ildren's Christmas Party – Saturday December 16th, 2023  

12:00-1:00 PM Lunch and Picture with Santa

1:00-3:00 Gift with Santa

Member’s children, up to and including ten years of age, are invited to the Annual Children’s Christmas Party.  Members may also bring grandchildren (ten and under), but the member must pay $20.00 for each grandchild attending.

Please list the children and/or grandchildren’s names on the form below, include the $20.00 per grandchild, if needed, and send or bring to the club by December 1^st, 2023.  No exceptions to deadline.  Time is needed to purchase gifts and to plan the party.  No reservations will be taken by phone.

Print all information.  Include last name if different from member’s name.
