Dear Club Members,
This memo is to remind you of four important 2023 activities and a notice on Inactive Membership.
1. Mens Membership Dues for 2024.
Dues for the Mens 2024 membership year will be accepted beginning July 1, 2023 to be paid in full. The deadline for 2024 dues remains December 31, 2023. No exceptions! Dues will include a $50 Drink Card that was approved to be reinstated at the July Members Meeting
2. The Annual Family Picnic, Saturday, August 19th, 2023
Family Picnic is Saturday August 19th 12pm – 6pm. Bring your favorite side dish and or dessert, utensils and special seating, tables, and or coverings. Free Draft Beer, Hotdogs, Chicken, Pork, Beef and Corn on the Cob will be provided and Drink Specials. Children will have Bouncy House, Games, Slushy’s, and Train Rides for all. Guess the height of the Bottle and win your choice.
3. Deadline for college scholarship applications, Wednesday, August 23rd 2023
Any member who has a child, step-child, grandchild or step-grandchild in college between the ages of 17-24 can fill out and submit a scholarship application available at the club.
4. The Annual Children’s Christmas Party, is December 17, 2023 12:00-3:00pm.
Member’s children, up to and including ten years of age, are invited to the Annual Children’s Christmas Party. Lunch with Santa will be provided. Members may also bring grandchildren (ten and under) but the member must pay $15.00 per grandchild.
The Adult’s Christmas Party follows at 6pm. It is for members only. Please bring a covered dish or desert.
If you are a lifetime member, consider yourself inactive and no longer wish to be an active member, please send us this portion back with your name printed, signed and dated. Additionally, any member who fails to pick up their membership card and does not contact us, will be placed as inactive. An inactive member will no longer receive any correspondence messages or notices and will not have an active number assigned. You may return to an active status at any time, at your request.
